Choosing Civility: A Bias for Hope

Change happens The generation born between 1940 and 1970 is fortunate. We have witnessed significant physical, cultural, and political changes throughout our lives and understand that progress is indeed possible. For better or worse, of course.  With this awareness, we should focus on the future rather than linger on the past and tally current problems. Shifting from pessimism to action-generative imagination would also benefit us. I have lived over half a century in the “post-everything” era.
